13 years have passed but the fans have not forgotten the satisfaction of a match that was as hard-earned as it was deserved at the home of the Juventus team, then reigning champions. Maresca and De Piero made it 3-4 and in the last 10 minutes Lecce defended Sicignano’s goal from attempts to equalize.
