BRONTE – Un huge fire occurred in a garage room shortly after midnight last night. The firefighters of the Provincial Command of Catania were busy putting it out until early hours of the morning.
The fire broke out at ground floor of a house of a residential building with two floors, in Viale Kennedy, 44 in Bronte (province of Catania).
Inside the room used as a warehouse, they were burning work vehicles, excavators, car, vans and various equipment.
Teams from the Fire Brigade detachments operated on site Adrano, Damn And Randazzoas well as a ladder truck and a tanker sent from the headquarters of the Provincial Command of Catania.
Once the extinguishing activities were completed, the securing of the premises and the necessary stability checks.
The causes of the fire are under investigation. No injured or poisoned people were reported. The Carabinieri of Maletto, Bronte and Randazzo were also present on site.
