Just under two weeks after the official presentation of the Alfa Romeo Milano, which later became Junior, we asked ourselves: is it better the Biscione B-SUV or the two twins Fiat 600 and Jeep Avenger? Let’s try to find out together by comparing the price of the three and the features.
The Alfa Romeo Junior can be ordered with two promos at launch, and both concern the set-up Special. But how much is it? 31,900 euros the hybrid version e 41,500 the electric one. Both have 18-inch alloy wheels as standard and a whole series of options, but above all a 136 horsepower 1.2 petrol hybrid engine or possibly the 156 horsepower green version with 54 kWh battery and a range of 400 km.
There Fiat 600 it is instead for sale at 23,450 euros in the hybrid version but only with the 100 horsepower engine, and to have 17-inch alloy wheels (it has 16-inch wheels as standard) you have to purchase the style pack for 1,500 euros. There is also the version “The first” which costs 29,450 euros (instead of 30,950), and which includes the same 100 horsepower 1.2, 18-inch alloy wheels as standard and a free orange shade. Finally we have the version 600e RED, electricwith the same engine and same battery as the Junior, which costs 31,450 euros on offer instead of 35,950 and which comes as standard with 16″ alloy wheels, red paint and specific RED trim upholstery.
Finally we come to the third twin, the Jeep Avenger, recently announced also in the 4xe version. In this case we will have three engines, the petrol, the mild hybrid and the electric. In the first version we start from 23,300 euros instead of 24,500, with the 100 horsepower 1.2. The E-hybrid MHEV, on the other hand, costs money 25,600 euros and always includes a 100 horsepower engine, finally the electric version with the same powertrain as the Junior a 34,600 euros instead of 39,400, all three in the longitude trim, therefore the cheapest.
To recap therefore, the cheapest hybrid of the three is the 600, at a price of 23,450 euros, ahead of the Avenger at 25,600 and then the Junior at 31,900. As regards the electric, however, also in this case the 600 stands out above the other two with 31,450 euros, ahead of the Avenger at 34,600 and the Junior at 41,500 euros. From his the Alfa’s B-SUV certainly has a richer set-up and a more captivating style, as well as the standard 18-inch alloy wheels which give it that touch of sportiness typical of Alfa. The Fiat 600 is instead more “family“, economical as well as having a style that recalls the successful 500X. Finally we have the Jeep Avenger, sales champion in 2023 and in these first months of 2024, with a strong brand established throughout the world, with an undoubtedly pleasant style as well as characterized by multiple setups and multiple engines.
