“The pace was dominant – goes on – we went very fast all weekend, even if we had some setbacks. I already knew from Friday that we had the pace, then I made a couple of mistakes here and there, but today we managed to put everything together, the strategy was perfect and paid off, thanks to McLaren and thanks to everyone. I also have to thank and greet my parents. I am really proud of my team, many people have helped me over the years, even though I have made mistakes, but today we put everything together and this victory is wonderful”.
