A roe deer was stuck in a fence in Borgosesia, but was freed by the firefighters. It happened in the early morning today, Sunday 21 April. Around 9 am, a team of firefighters from the Varallo detachment intervened in an area of ​​Borgosesia after receiving reports of an animal struggling to free itself from a net used as a fence on a property.

The animal was probably looking for food in the night, but went too far, ultimately becoming a prisoner of the net. And his frantic attempts to free himself ultimately only made his situation worse.

The intervention of the firefighters

Once on site, the fire brigade team freed the roe deer, placed it in a safe area and then entrusted it to the staff of the Miletta Refuge for the necessary care.

It is not uncommon for wild animals in search of food to end up in trouble because they become prisoners in gardens, fences or protective nets.
