Will Leonardo DiCaprio be Frank Sinatra in the new film directed by Martin Scorsese?

Leonardo Dicaprio may return to work with soon Martin Scorsese. As reported by the magazine Varietythe actor should in fact play nothing less than Frank Sinatra in a new biopic directed by the famous director.

Also in the cast Jennifer Lawrence to take on the role of Ava Gardner, second wife of Mr. “The Voice”. All that’s missing is Tina Sinatra’s approval.

“The Sinatra project may hit some snags: the legendary crooner’s daughter controls her father’s inheritance and has not yet given her approval to the film”, writes RollingStone.

If the film goes ahead, it would be the seventh collaboration between DiCaprio and Scorsese, after Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed, Shutter Island, The Wolf of Wall Street and Killers of the Flower Moon.
