Antonio Pistone, a 31-year-old elevator maintenance worker, he died after intervening to save a woman stuck in an elevator. He remained stuck between the cabin and the door of an elevator floor: the intervention of the Fire Brigade was necessary to be able to extract Antonio’s body from the Aci Sant’Antonio condominium, where the 31-year-old was at work. When the 118 doctors intervened they could only observe the problem death. The woman who was inside the elevator cabin was rescued by medical personnel because she was in shock.
