Liguria, Rural development plan: 38 million for hinterland infrastructure

The regional council of Liguria has “unlocked” 38 million euros which can be used to refinance various tenders within the regional Rural Development Program (PSR). These resources will support investments in the creation and development of agritourisms, aqueducts, sewerage systems, lighting and roads, tourist, recreational and cultural infrastructures, naturalistic heritage, forest fire prevention, restoration of damage from disasters, paths, investments in agricultural companies and support for young farmers.

“The increase in measure 4.3, equal to over 12 million, which finances access roads to agricultural and forestry land, aqueducts, small reservoirs and accumulation tanks with functions fire prevention and irrigation. I remember that thanks to this measure we have financed 47 interventions in Liguria in the past, including, in the Savona area, the aqueducts of Ortovero And Pogli, Onzo, Murialdo, Magliolo, Zuccarello, Cairo Montenotte, Vendone, Castelbianco, Casanova Lerrone. Very useful funds for companies, consortia, municipalities and to help our young farmers start their businesses. Thanks to the Vice President of the Region Alessandro Piana for the excellent work done.”
