The 2024 “Healthy Meetings” will take place at the “L’isola che C’è” Meeting Center for the elderly in Alassio

The cycle of “Healthy Encounters” 2024organized byDepartment of Social Policies of the Municipality of Alassio continues with the appointment of Thursday 18 April at 3.30pm by title “The therapeutic power of foods: diet as a lifestyle”edited by Dr Francesca Ravera. Free admission.

The series of appointments – which offers a useful opportunity for in-depth study on various health-related topics, with the intervention of established specialists – it will close Thursday 16 May with the meeting organized by the ophthalmologist Dr. Fabio De Feowhich will address the important topic of eye diseases that occur more commonly with advancing age, such as cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration.

During the meetings, participants are served ahealthy snack” on the recommendation of Dr. Francesca Ravera and the transport service for people with mobility difficulties (reservation required by calling 328 4862179) as part of the Wellbeing project in Liguria 2023-24 funded by Ministry of Labor and Social Policies through the Liguria region.
