It ended yesterday with the release on Prime Video of the last two episodes and a surprise ending Lol 4, the program which sees a group of comedians locked up in a theater house for six hours where the aim is not to laugh and to make the others laugh others to win. This year Giorgio Panariello wins over Edoardo Ferrario. What made the stand up comedian laugh was an unexpected character: a singer with a mustache accompanied by the most unlikely instruments. Singing “Amore grande amore libero” with the help of a spray bottle and a tank of petrol he made Ferrario’s defenses collapse, winning the prize money worth one hundred thousand euros. The Tuscan comedian chose to divide it equally with his colleague. He donated his fifty thousand euros to the Dog Defense League, while Ferrario instead decided to assign them to HelpCode, which deals with the education of children in Italy and around the world.

The final ranking
In third place was Aurora Leone from The Jackal, fourth was Rocco Tanica and Lucia Ocone, who burst into thunderous laughter at their own jokes (as happened to Pintus in the first season). Also in the cast are Claudio Santamaria, Maurizio Lastrico, the winner of Lol Talent Show Loris Fabiani, Angela Finocchiaro and Diego Abatantuono.
Also this year in the control room supervising the contestants were Frank Matano, contestant from the first season, Fedez who this year surprisingly joined the cast losing to Lastrico and Lillo, now a permanent presence, who more than anyone he tried to make people laugh and consequently eliminate someone.
