Massimo Pericolo, rapper from Gallarate, will open the 2024 edition of the Ascoli Summer Festival. Mayor Marco Fioravanti announced it with a post on Facebook anticipating the first of the guests of the always appreciated summer music festival of the City of the Hundred Towers: “One of the main surprises in the music scene of recent years – wrote the mayor – among the rappers most loved by the younger generations: on Sunday 11 August the Arena Squarcia will once again be filled with young people”. After the sold out for the memorable concert held last January 13th at the Mediolanum Forum D’Assago and the club tour, Massimo Pericolo is ready to return live in the major cities of Italy with a unique, energetic and engaging show. A summer tour that will start on June 8th from the Chroma Festival in Bastia Umbra and will end on August 28th at the Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa in Palermo. Two years after the previous album and anticipated by the emotional video of “Non parlarmi (outro)”, one of the most anticipated albums of the year finally saw the light of day on December 1st. “Things change” is a message of hope from Massimo Pericolo for the people who come from nothing himself and at the same time it is a statement from the rapper who wants to demonstrate a turning point not only in his life but also in his own artistic vision. In sixteen new songs Vane tells the story of himself and that of his friends, of his people, of the magical and complicated places he lives every day in a unique and extremely lucid way: “Le things change” is an album dedicated to the province. Accompanied by an unprecedented team of producers including the Ascoli native Dario ‘Dardust’ Fainie together with Shune, Greg Willen, NKO, 2nd Roof, Crookers, Xqz, TempoXso & Janax, Yung Purple and together with artists of national importance in featuring Guè, Tedua, Baby Gang, Emis Killa, Niko Pandetta, Speranza, Rafilù and Fight Pausa, Massimo Pericolo’s third album marks a return with fireworks. Tickets for the concert on Sunday 11 August at the Arena Squarcia in Ascoli are already on sale online with a single coupon at the price of 34.50 euros.
