This means that there is one of the new monthly games that has been downloaded for free more times than even Red Dead Redemption 2 (you can also find it on Amazon), but it has not reached the numbers of the phenomenon Dave the Diver.
An important milestone, but also particularly surprising, given that probably very few people could have imagined such high numbers.
The title that managed to become the second most downloaded free game of 2024 is in fact Police Simulator: Patrol Officersand simulatore open world which leads us to discover the daily life of a police officer.
It’s certainly not a masterpiece – come on Metacritic the PS5 version has a media at 58/100 — nor a modern title, given that it was released in 2022, yet for some reason Police Simulator seems to have succeeded fill a gap for PS Plus Extra subscribers.

It is definitely about a fascinating fact and not to be underestimated: who knows, maybe more free simulators will arrive on the subscription service in the coming months. PS Plus Extra users have certainly shown that they appreciate them a lot.
June was also a great month for PlayStation Plus Premium, thanks to PS2 games: in the case of the most expensive subscription service, Sly Raccoon has already become the most downloaded of 2024.
