A few hours after the arrival of Shadow of the Erdtree, Elden Ring receives a new update which all Senzaluce can now download. The patch doesn’t just pave the way for the DLC, but also introduces some unexpected new features.
As we read on the official pages of Bandai Namco, version 1.12 of Elden Ring adds support for the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, which will be available on PC and console starting tomorrow, Friday 21 June. Between other newswe have:
- Added five new hairstyles to the game. They can be selected during character creation, using mirror support or using Rennala’s Rebirth feature;
- Added “Functions Menu” to the Map.
- New Summoning Pool Features: Active summoning pools will now be transferred to NG+. Individual summoning pools can now be enabled/disabled in the newly added Features menu.
But it doesn’t end here: Newly obtained items will now be marked with a “!”; a new tab called “recent objects” was then added; display settings can be changed from the Display tab in the system menu; a new feature has been added to the Colosseum: created consumable items that have been used during a battle will be replenished at the end of the session; Arabic language support has been added.
Last but not least, FromSoftware has decided to introduce the chance to summon Torrent against the final boss of Elden Ring (base game), news that delighted many of those players who had not particularly appreciated the dynamics of the final battle of the game.
