Starting today 7 June 2024, subject to any changes, Very Mobile is starting a new winback campaign aimed at some of its former customers which involves sending an SMS with a coupon code to be used to return to Very Mobile with an offer Very 5.99 dedicated.
In summary, the offer Very 5.99 forecast every month unlimited minutes to all national mobile and landline numbers, Unlimited SMS to all national numbers e 200 Giga per month of mobile internet traffic in 4G with speeds of up to 30 Mbps in download and up to 30 Mbps in upload.
The activation cost and the cost of the new rechargeable SIM are free even if purchased in authorized physical sales points.
Engaged prospects will have time until June 30, 2024subject to changes, to use the coupon code independently or through a point of sale authorized for the sale and activation of Very Mobile SIMs.

Who is Very Mobile
Very Mobile is a rechargeable prepaid mobile phone service from the operator Wind Tre SpA (CK Hutchison group), of which he exploits his its network in 4G Basic with maximum speed of 30 Mbps both download and upload (or of 300 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload with data-only offers or for those who decide to activate the Very Full Speed option).
With Very Mobile, the activation of paid services is blocked by default, but can be enabled later via the operator’s official app. In case of non-renewal due to insufficient credit, the offer is suspended until the customer makes a top up enough to cover the cost.
With Very Mobile offers, if the customer consumes all Giga including every month, internet browsing is blocked until the next renewal, but in this case, the customer can still decide to renew the offer in advanceregaining the entire expected bundle.
In case of non-renewal due to insufficient credit, the bundle will be suspended until a renewal is made enough charge to cover the cost.
In general, Very customers can use the services for free on compatible devices Times And Wi-Fi Callingeven with landline lines from other operators.

Additional Very Mobile options
As of November 23, 2023, unless changed, Very Mobile has launched for existing customers the option Very Full Speed, with which customers of the semi-virtual operator can unlock the basic 4G speed limit (30 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload). This additional option is free the first time it is activated, then it automatically renews 0.99 euros per month.
From November 21, 2022, Very Mobile offers its new and existing customers the additional and optional option Very Protected at 0 euros for the first month, which then automatically renews at 0.99 euros per month. However, the customer can deactivate the service at any time by calling the 1929 Customer Service for free, or directly on the Very app by clicking on “Offer” And “Manage offer“.
Progressive 3G switch off
In recent days, Very Mobile has informed its customers that from today 7 June 2024 it has begun the process of progressive decommissioning of WINDTRE’s 3G network service, initially with the switching off of the 2100 MHz frequency, and with the switching on of the same frequency in 4G technology.
For now, 3G will continue to work with the maintenance of the 900 MHz band, which however will still be decommissioned laterpresumably by 31 December 2025.
When traveling to the rest of the European Union
In Roaming in European Union countries (and for now also in the United Kingdom), the minutes and SMS included in the Very offers are valid without additional costs, while for data traffic there is a monthly limit on the number of gigabytes that can be used as required by current legislation. For the offer Very 5.99 the currently foreseen limit is 6.40 Giga per month.
If the customer exceeds the monthly threshold for EU Roaming, in any case, the consumption price is applied, which for the whole of 2024 is equal to 0.189 euro cents for each Megabyte with pricing per Kilobyte.
