There is a condition that many people suffer from without even knowing it. It’s called Tech Neck and has very specific symptoms.

We don’t hear much about the condition known as “Tech Neck” although from the name it is easy to understand what it is about. Literally translated it means “technological neck” and it is a problem related to prolonged use of digital devices. Just think of the hours you spend hunched over the screen of your smartphone or tablet to imagine how many suffer without knowing it.

First of all, if you are using a smartphone or tablet it is better keep the display at eye level and at least 30cm from the face. This way you can keep your neck straight, without bending it.

The same goes for those who work while sitting in front of the PC for a long time. The ideal support must not only keep the screen at eye level but allow you to rest your elbows bent at 90°. But above all we need to do things 10-15 minute breaks every two hours getting up from the desk and stretching a bit.
