Corsair is negotiating the acquisition of Endor AGthe brand’s parent company Fanatecvery established in the world of peripherals for sim racing.

Corsair has reached an agreement with Endor to finance its short-term liquidity needs, while both companies negotiate a restructuring of Endor’s debt, amounting to approximately €70 million, which will lead to finally to the acquisition of Endor by Corsair“.

“Fanatec is an incredible brand with a strong community and We believe Corsair is the ideal home for Fanatec customers, employees and business partners“said Andy Paul, CEO of Corsair. “This transaction would resolve the company’s significant debt load and position it for growth and continued expansion of its product portfolio.”

The words of Corsair’s top executive are echoed by those of Endor. “We are very satisfied to have found a strategic investor in Corsair who knows our market well and wants to invest for the long term,” said Andres Ruff, CEO and Chief Restructuring Officer of Endor.

With the acquisition of Endor, Corsair will expand its already extensive portfolio with force feedback steering wheels, pedals and complete cockpits for racing simulators compatible with PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
