Just over a day after launch, Hades 2 is grinding out really high numbers, so much so that it has surpassed the 100,000 concurrent players on Steam. More precisely, it reached 103,567 players a few hours ago, with the current average fluctuating around 100,000, as verifiable by visiting Steamdb.
Currently the number of Hades 2 players seems to be growing strongly, with the weekend promising sparks in this sense. The game of SupergiantGames he is also widely watched on Twitch, where he reached 99,194 viewers overall.
A big success
In short, for now the data is absolutely positive, as has been the public reception on Steam, where Hades 2 already has almost 9,000 user reviews97% of which were positive, for an overall rating of “Very Positive”.
Users are liking the quantity of content present, the quality of the gameplay, as well as the way in which the game follows the formula of the original, while adding many new features in terms of systems and situations. In short, it is a full and well-deserved promotion, as you can also understand from our experience. Considering it’s in early access, the result seems even more incredible. It must be said that the first chapter was even better received. It currently has more than 232,000 reviews on Steam, 98% of which are positive.
Needless to say, Hades 2 is also first in the sales ranking Steam Globals. He occupied that position within minutes of launch and still never came down. Below him Apex Legends and Counter-Strike 2, two long-standing free-to-play games, then Steam Deck, followed by Stellaris, at a heavy discount, Gray Zone Warfare, which has lost some positions, Helldivers 2, Dota 2, Manor Lords and Hades himself, back in the top 10 thanks to a strong offer (it is sold at €8.33 instead of €24.50, i.e. with a 66% discount).
Hades 2 doesn’t have an official release date yet. The game is also expected on consolebut nothing is known about these versions yet.
