With Telegram it is now possible to create new personalized stickers to use in chats: here’s how to use this function
The growth process continues Telegram. The messaging service is adding, update after update, new features for its users and they continue to increase. Telegram, in fact, confirmed that it had reached out 900 million monthly users And about half of these he uses the app at least once a day. The milestone of one billion users is therefore one step away.
To enrich the functions available to users, the new sticker editor which allows those who use Telegram to create new stickers or even entire sets of stickers quickly, without having to resort to external services but directly using the tools integrated within the messaging application.
How to create stickers with Telegram
The sticker creation tool is already integrated into Telegram and available to users of the application. Using it is very simple: just open any chat within the app and press the button that opens the panel for inserting emojis, GIFs and stickers.
At this point you need to press on Stickerdown, and then up + button. The app will access your phone’s gallery from which you can select the photo to transform into a sticker. Once you have made your choice, you will directly access the editor for creation. Just press on Cut out an object to eliminate the background and leave only the subject.
Furthermore, at the bottom there are a series of tools to be used for customize the sticker, going to modify and/or rotate the image. Once you have made all the desired changes, the sticker will be ready. To confirm the creation just press the blue button at the bottom right.
The user can choose between 3 options: Send stickerto immediately send the sticker created within the chat, add to favouritesto save the sticker and always have it available among your favorite stickers, Add to a sticker setto create a dedicated set of created stickers.
Note that you can also add a matching emoji to the sticker created. In this way, by selecting this emoji in the text field of a chat, the app will directly suggest the insertion of the sticker in question, simplifying its use.
How to share the stickers you create
Telegram allows users to create custom stickers from share with other users. The sharing mechanism is very simple. Simply send a user one of the stickers from the set to share. The user who receives the sticker will be able to touch it and then choose to add the entire set. Note that it is also possible to share, via a unique link, a whole set. To do this, simply access the set from the insertion panel and press on the three dots at the top and then on Share.
