Circle and Search coming to more Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel devices
Descriptive text here

Circle and Search, the new visual search feature that Google introduced in recent months, is about to expand to new devices. It debuted on Galaxy S24/Plus/Ultra and Pixel 8/Pro, expanded to Pixel 7/Pro earlier this month, and is now on its way to:

As for the timing, Google remained rather vague as usual. You said that the distribution has started this week for all the devices listed above except Pixel Tablet and Pixel Fold, for which it indicated an even more generic “soon”. It is worth pointing out that activation takes place on the server side, however it is a good idea to make sure you have the latest available version of the Google app, on which Cerchia and Search depend.

As usual, the rollout will be gradual and will probably take a few days/couple of weeks at most. However, it is interesting to observe that it remains a “two-way deal” – in the entire ecosystem of Android manufacturers and devices, the only ones with access to the functionality remain Samsung and Google itself.

At the same time, Google said that in the coming weeks Circle and Search will acquire the ability to translate highlighted content. Once the mode is activated, a button with the usual Translate icon will appear next to the search bar at the bottom (see screenshot above). The translation will be instant and will replace the text in the original image, so as to preserve as much context as possible.
