Please note that currently, until April 3, 2024the operator offers the offer as a promotion Evo 10 for 4.90 euros per monthwith activation and first month free in case of portability.
Instead, starting from 4 April 2024subject to any changes, in Coop stores and online the CoopVoce Extra 300 offer will be available againthe same one that had already been proposed in the period from 11 to 31 January 2024.
In particular, this time the promotion will be Subscribable until April 30, 2024subject to any changes.
The offer Extra 300 will be activated for new CoopVoce customers only with a simultaneous request for portability of your mobile telephone number (MNP). Therefore, as happened last time, the offer in question, unless changed, will not be subscribed to by anyone who intends to activate a new number.
In this case, both in stores and onlineall the new customers requiring portability to CoopVoce coming from any other national mobile operator, by activating Extra 300 they will be able to obtain the activation cost and the first month of the offer both free.
As for the already CoopVoce customerscompared to the promo proposed in January 2024, this time it will be possible to switch to Extra 300 by taking advantage of the free offer changethus paying only the cost of the first month in advance of the offer, deducted from the remaining SIM credit as well as subsequent fees.
Normally, however, to change the offer, existing customers must bear a one-off offer change cost of 9.90 euros, deducted from the remaining SIM credit together with the first month of the offer.
What the Extra 300 offer will include at 9.90 euros per month
In detail, CoopVoce Extra 300 comprehends unlimited minutes to all national landlines and mobile numbers, 1000 SMS to all national numbers e 300 Giga of mobile internet traffic in 4G, all at the cost of 9.90 euros per month.
CurrentlyCoopVoce requires, for its offers, ai new customers who carry out the activation online with home delivery, a initial cost equal to 10 eurosincluding activation and shipping of the SIM and with 1 euro of telephone traffic included. Furthermore, you need to pay also the first month in advance of the offer choice.
However, if the new customer purchases the offer from a “shop” Coop or if you carry out the online booking with collection in a store (Coop supermarkets in Sicily and Campania are currently excluded), the cost of the new SIM is usually expected to be equal to 10 euros with 5 euros of telephone traffic includedas well as a minimum first telephone top-up to pay for the first month of the offer in advance.

With the new one Extra 300However, once portability has taken place you will receive a telephone traffic bonus equal to the cost of 9.90 euros incurred for the purchase of the card, so, even in this way, you will obtain substantially activation and first month free.
The new CoopVoce offer will be activated also in eSIM format. Please remember that the eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan on your device without having to use a removable SIM.
Other details on CoopVoce
In general, with the virtual operator Full MVNO CoopVocecustomers benefit from TIM 2G and 4G networkwith the possibility of reaching 4G speed, as indicated in the tariff transparency documents up to 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.
Please note that in October 2022, TIM concluded the progressive dismantling of 3G technology, no longer usable not even with the Coop Italia operator.
In November 2023, CoopVoce made it available on its website a new interactive map to check 4G and 2G coverage at every single point on the national territory from the mobile network on which it relies, which is precisely that of TIM.
On the page with the map, unlike the transparency documents, it is specified that it is possible to use 4G at a maximum speed of 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.
Starting March 7, 2023, with CoopVoce VoLTE technology is officially available for calls on the 4G networkautomatically enabled for those who use a compatible smartphone.
With CoopVoce offers, minutes are charged on the actual seconds of conversation, with no connection fee and internet connections are single kilobyte.
In case of exhaustion of the data traffic bundle included in CoopVoce offers, Internet browsing is inhibited at no additional cost. Once the number of SMS included in the month is exceeded, the conditions of the basic tariff plan apply.
If the CoopVoce customer has finished the data bundle or the SMS included in the offers by the expiry date of the monthly threshold, he or she will be able to renew the offer in advance directly from the CoopVoce App.
If the remaining credit is not sufficient, the offer is suspended for 30 days. To reactivate it you must recharge within 30 days, otherwise it will be deactivated. In the event of suspension, voice and SMS traffic is charged according to the conditions of the tariff plan active on the CoopVoce SIM, while internet traffic is inhibited.
As required by current European legislation, with the national mobile offer it is possible to use minutes and SMS even in Roaming in European Union countries, under the same conditions as in Italy. As regards internet browsing, for new activations from 1 February 2023, it is applied immediately a maximum limit on the amount of data traffic.
If your CoopVoce line has been active for at least 6 monthsduring the first 30 days of stay abroad it is possible to use the entire data bundle, while subsequently, if the CoopVoce customer remains abroad beyond this time limit, the monthly limit established by the European regulations in force is applied.
