A market analyst reported some predictions about Cyberpunk 2or whatever the sequel to Cyberpunk 2077 will be called, especially regarding the release period and production cost of the new chapter by CD Projekt RED.
According to the analysis company Noble Securities, the team could spend around 1.5 billion Polish zlotys for the production of the new Cyberpunk, corresponding to approximately 419 million dollarswhich is a truly enormous sum but in line with some large modern videogame productions.
Considering the expected size of the Polish team’s new science fiction RPG, such a cost could be realistic, also taking into account the fact that it can receive long-term support with further updates and expansions.
Coming in 2030 with multiplayer component
As regards the possible release period, according to analysts Cyberpunk 2, currently identified as Project Orion, could arrive on the market in a long time: the launch year could even be 2030 based on forecasts, with the title that could be launched together with the multiplayer component.
In fact, considering that the next project in development is The Witcher 4, and that until after the release of this the team will probably not be able to deal with the full production of the new Cyberpunk, it is a time window that could have a certain logic.

Obviously, everything should be taken as a rumor, but it contains some interesting indications from market analysis experts, therefore not exactly far-fetched.
Particularly interesting is the reference to multiplayer which is given as present at the launch of the new Cyberpunk, which could represent an important distinctive element, after this component was removed from the previous chapter when it was in the development phase.
