The 2024 Dutch MotoGP GP, taking place in Assen, opens today with free practice: here are the times and where to watch the free practice, qualifying, Sprint Race and the race of the premier class of the MotoGP World Championship, as well as Moto2, Moto3 and MotoE, live on Sky and TV8.
After three weeks of stopping today MotoGP returns to the track for the eighth round of the World Cup 2024 and stops at shafts: from today, Friday 28th June, to Sunday 30th June in fact the MotoGP will be held on the historic Dutch circuit for the GP d’Olanda.
Il program of the eighth weekend of the season of the premier class is the canonical one: today the MotoGP riders (but also Moto2, Moto3 and MotoE) go on track for free practice (FP1) and pre-qualifying (FP2), tomorrow morning then it’s the turn of the Free practice 3 and qualifying with Q1 and Q2 while in the afternoon only for the top class there is the Sprint Race, and Sunday therefore ends with the race that will award the most conspicuous haul of world championship points. The times of the various sessions on the Assen TT Circuit are also traditional the times of the live TV and live streaming on Sky and the free-to-air broadcast on TV8 of the Dutch GP 2024.
We arrive in Assen after the many market announcements that have shaken up the grid in view of next season. We arrive with Jorge Martin, engaged to Aprilia, still leader of the world standings but from today the spotlight will be on two other riders riding a Ducati, namely the reigning champion Pecco Bagnaia, dominator in the home weekend at Mugello, and the standard-bearer of the Gresini team Marc Marquez, announced as the next rider of the official team of the Borgo Panigale house for 2025, who want to close the gap on the Spaniard of Pramac.

Where to watch the MotoGP Mugello GP live on TV and streaming
All race weekends of the 2024 MotoGP World Championship will be broadcast live on TV and live streaming by Sky. As for the Dutch GP in Assen, free practice, qualifying, sprint race and race will be broadcast on Sky Sport MotoGP (channel 208 of the satellite decoder) e Sky Sports One (channel 201) and streaming on the app Sky Go with commentary by Guido Meda and technical commentary by Mauro Sanchini.
