1,000 kilometers by bike to recall the Giro d’Italia by Alfonsina Strada, the first and only woman in history to participate in the competition alongside male athletes. On the occasion of the hundred years since that feat, Andrea Satta singer of Têtes de Bois, pediatrician and cycling enthusiast, will retrace all the stages that led Alfonsin (this is his name in the competition) to an epic finish line. The project, in collaboration with the Foundation “One None One Hundred Thousand” and in close connection with the anti-violence centers of each location touched, it aims to be a concrete act, through art and sport, to remember the importance of the community and the network. And every evening Satta will be the protagonist of a live show with guests such as Nada, Maria Grazia Calandrone, Erica Mou. the male mockery that then, as now, governed the world, relegating the presence of women to pure choreography and curiosity even in sport”. Andrea Satta is no stranger to these ventures that combine music and sport. Last year, to remember the story of his father who escaped from the Lengenfeld concentration camp by straddling the buffers of a train, the musician organized a bicycle trip divided into 20 stages and 1,600 kilometres.
