The Wimbledon 2024 draw will take place Friday 28 June at 11.00 am Italian time: by lunchtime we will know the scores for the third Slam of the tennis season, which will be staged on British grass from 1st to 14th July. A new edition of what is in all respects one of the most prestigious and iconic tournaments in the world is about to begin, in the legendary The All England Lawn Tennis Club located in London. Two weeks of fire promise, with all the champions of the circuit ready to face each other to win the coveted trophy.
Jannik Sinner enters the event as world number 1 and thanks to the success achieved in the ATP 500 in Halle, his first career success on grass. The South Tyrolean champion is chasing the second Slam of his career after winning the Australian Open, while the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz will defend the title he won last year. It remains to be seen whether the Serbian Novak Djokovic will be in the match or whether he will still have to sit out due to physical problems.
Jannik Sinner will remain at the top of the ATP rankings even at the end of this event, if he were to reach the final he would also break the iconic wall of 10,000 points in the rankings.
