Kimera revealed the K39. This is the Piedmontese company’s new supercar, with the livery inspired by the team’s iconic silhouette Martini Racing from the 70s and 80s, which will compete in Pikes Peak 2025. It is a racing car, but the company has also announced the imminent arrival of a version intended for customers.

The Italian brand has not released the technical data of the K39, but just seeing it brings you back to the past and the Lancia triumphs of the last century. A supercar with an aggressive silhouette, made with monocoque carbon fiber frame, as well as every component of the bodywork. A car that spent numerous hours in the virtual wind tunnel, with “obsessive attention to aerodynamics – writes the company – to maximize efficiency and performance”.

The name K39 is in sequence to the cars that preceded it, i.e. the EVO37 and the EVO38 seen in recent years, and offers aggressive and sinuous shapes, with some elements that recall the past, such as the ’80s-style covered’ alloy wheels. But, obviously, with the need to have the highest standards of modern efficiency.

Testing towards Pikes Peak 2025

Now it will be awaited by many tests, because Kimera will try to take its new supercar to the top of the most famous climb in the world at Pikes Peak 2025, on the 4,039 meter high Colorado mountain.
