A goal by Jude Bellingham at the start it allowed England to get the better of Serbia on the first day of Group C of the European Football Championships. Before the match, however, there were clashes between Serbian and English fans, with some Albanian fans also involved in the brawl. In the past Vučić has been photographed several times together with Veljko Belivuk, leader of the Partizan Belgrade ultras group, known for having repeatedly committed violence and having links to organized crime. Until last October, when he was stopped by Kosovar police wearing a “Surrender is not an option” T-shirt, and was accused by the country’s Police Minister of having participated in a terrorist attack in Banjska. Accusations forcefully rejected by his father Aleksandr Vučić.
