The Roma coach excluded two big arrivals in the capital, generating some regret among the fans and throughout the Roma environment.
Since Daniele De Rossi arrived at Roma as coach he has generated great enthusiasm in the square and also at the top levels of the club. The coach born in Ostia in fact managed to obtain excellent results at the helm of the Giallorossi teamand even though he narrowly failed to qualify for the next edition of the brand new Champions League, he earned the trust of the Friedkin family.
His stay on the Lupa bench has therefore made the fans happy, who now hope to achieve important results with him in charge from the start of next year. But a sensational revelation that arrived in the last few hours will certainly not have pleased the Roman fans.
Apparently, in fact, the extension of the 2006 world champion’s stay at Magica meant that two big names, now betrothed to the Capitoline club, did not arrive in Trigoria. The blame for these missed landings therefore lies solely with him, and now even the supporters could turn up their noses at him.
Captain Future has excluded both
In the event that Daniele De Rossi had not remained in the capital, one of the main names that should have replaced him was that of Antonio Conte. Having been linked to Roma for some time, the Salento native was looking for a bench, and Friedkin was seriously thinking about it. However, DDR’s confirmation broke the bank, the club kept the former captain, and the Lecce coach moved to Napoli.

Regret at the Giallorossi?
