The first two quarter-finals to be played on Friday 14 June will be those in the upper part of the draw. It starts at 11am with the match between the number 4 seeds Frances Tiafoe against the English number 6 seed Jack Draper.
Followed by the other quarter of the upper part which sees the American opposite Brandon Nakashima to the home player Jan Lennard Struff. The two winners will compete in the semifinals.
Matteo Berrettini and Lorenzo Musetti will play the third and fourth matches on Friday 14 June in Stuttgart
Matteo Berrettini who today eliminated the Canadian player Denis Shapovalov in straight sets will not challenge the American in his quarter-final Ben Shelton seeded number 2 as expected.
Shelton was in fact eliminated by the Australian James Duckworth in three sets. The match between Berrettini and Duckworth will be played as the third match no earlier than 2.30pm. Afterwards, to close the day’s program in Stuttgart, there will be Lorenzo Musetti who will challenge the Kazakhstan player in a match full of talent Alexander Bublik.
