Lewis Hamilton and a sensational scenario for MotoGP: the admission of the English rider leaves everyone stunned

Lewis Hamilton finished fourth in Canada, in a truly crazy Grand Prix where in fact everything and more happened. The seven-time world champion, a true ace in hybrid driving conditions, between wet and dry, pushed his Mercedes to within a step of the podium, finishing a few tenths behind teammate Russell, who started from pole.

The safety cars almost in series and his driving skills pushed the number 44 car to duel for third position as well, but without success. And while fourth place is the best result of the season, The Hammer did not appear enthusiastic at the end of the race. In Montreal he won seven times in his career and the hypothesis of the eighth was truly concrete.

All nullified by a qualification that wasn’t up to par but also by a sort of penalization against him by the Team. If on the one hand he praised the work of the team and the progress of the car with the new updates, defining the future as brighter, on the other he teased everyone by stating how he didn’t expect a different tire choice between him and Russell in the last stint.

He would have liked to duel on equal terms and didn’t like the fact that he was fitted with the hard ones and his partner with the medium ones which naturally perform better.

Hamilton and the words about Marquez: twist

Who knows, Lewis Hamilton isn’t already looking to next year, when he expects great things from his arrival in Maranello. He wants to win the number 44 and Ferrari – his childhood dream, after all – seems to be the team capable of satisfying him. Furthermore, if he will be at home in Maranello next season, Marc Marquez will be there in Borgo Panigaleanother motorsport star.

The Spaniard, in fact, will ride an official Ducati next season and will therefore also be dressed in red, just like Lewis, for a potentially devastating pairing for Italian fans. And Lewis Hamilton focused precisely on Marquez.

“It will be great to see a champion like that Marquez riding the Ducati – he has declared – it’s a great bike and for a sportsman it’s good to have a change of scenery, with new garages and teammates and new challenges. When you enter an unexplored environment it is exciting” he argued, and who knows if he wasn’t also talking about himself.

“Marc is incredible, I can’t wait to see him with the Red, it’s great news” declared Hamilton, admitting that he loves MotoGP and is eager to see what will happen in the future.
