Beach Volleyball: third, fifth and ninth place yellow-blue in the Trentino Under 16 Cup
The podium of the 2024 Trentino Under 16 Cup played in Molina di Ledro
The 2024 edition of the Trentino Under 16 Men’s Beach Volleyball Cup saw the couples belonging to the Trentino Volley Youth Sector obtain good placings, even without obtaining victory.
At the end of the day of competitions which awarded the trophy, which took place on Sunday 9 June on the sand courts of Molina di Ledro, the yellow-blue duo composed of Pitto and Coser ranked third, while the one formed by Defranceschi and Fornasier obtained the fifth place; ninth final place for Festi and Dalsasso. The final victory was achieved by the C9 Arco Riva Pellegrini-Mosna team, who did well in confirming the underdogs deriving from being the number one seed in the draw.
Simone Pitto himself is one of the two yellow-blues called up by the Regional Qualification Center for a period of training in view of the Under 16 Territories Trophy scheduled for 22 June in Rosolina Mare (Ro). The other is Alessio Carlin; together with six other players they will work until June 14th at the beach volleyball court of the University Sports Center of Mattarello.
