After a thrilling Roland Garros we enter the European grass season without taking a breather. Fourth direct match between the two, with the Belgian expert ahead 2-1. The only success for the blue was achieved in the qualifiers of the Astana tournament in 2022. Nardi, a twenty-one-year-old from Pesaro of Campania origins, comes to this event after having played an unfortunate season on clay, which started uphill due to the injury suffered in the first round of the ATP in Bucharest against the Brazilian Seyboth Wild. Since returning to the field, the Marche native has obtained the only victory on his debut in Rome against the German Altmaier before losing to the Dane Rune, the American Wolf (Challenger Torino) and the French Muller (Roland Garros).
