Montmelò – Aleix Espargaro at the end of the year he retires from the world championship but is still a rider very strong. This is confirmed by the first time obtained in the pre-qualifying sessions in Barcelona. First place is also the record of the track: Aleix improved the previous record set by Bagnaia last year.
The new reference on this track (at least until tomorrow) is 1,39,562.
Behind the Aprilia rider there are two KTMs: Brad Binder (fell twice in the session but still effective on the flying lap and with an excellent pace) e Pedro Acosta.
In fourth place Pecco Bagnaia, also effective since Friday. Three KTMs in the top five, being fifth Jack Miller.
In sixth place there is Jorge Martin.
