The Board of Volley Talmassons Fvg has hired another important reinforcement for the spiker department: Alice Pamio. “When the call came I saw it as an opportunity to raise the bar. – declared Alice – The company contacted me and the choice was actually very natural because many common objectives emerged and for me this represents the main stimulus, furthermore I will be very close to my home and my family and this is a another great added value.” – then speaking of the newly promoted team – “I followed the path very closely actually, because we were opponents in the first phase: then I continued to observe and I was pleasantly impressed by how great this team was in emerging in the moments that really mattered and this is a prerogative of those who are so hungry to win. I would like to congratulate the group that has achieved this great and historic goal, because winning is always special and should never be taken for granted.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Alice to our team – declared coach Leonardo Barbieri of Cda Volley Talmassons – “Her experience, determination and playing ability will be a great added value for our team next season. She is a complete player in every fundamental. We have studied and gotten to know her and she can give us great balance even on the second line. You have already played in A1 so you can give us the championship experience that we are missing for now. We felt she was very excited and motivated to come here. The fundamental where she is most decisive is the serve and I think she can make the difference even in the top flight.”

Pamio Born in Camposampiero on 12 June 1998 and raised in Scorzè, she brings with her a considerable wealth of experience and successes. Alice began her youth career in Libertas Scorzè and at just 15 years old she was signed by Bruel Bassano, where she made her debut in the Serie B1 championship in the 2013-14 season. The following year she moved to Volleyrò Casal de ‘Pazzi, completing her youth career and winning the Under 18 championship. In the 2016-17 championship she made her debut in Serie A2 with Pesaro, winning promotion to Serie A1. She continues to play in Serie A2 in the following seasons with Montecchio Maggiore, Consolini Volley and Megavolley, with which she obtained another promotion to Serie A1. In the 2021-22 season, Pamio played in Serie A1 with Roma Volley and later returned to Serie A2 with Millenium Brescia, of which she was also captain.
Alice has also represented Italy in the national youth teams, winning the Under-18 World Championship in 2015.
