After winning the national title, Luis Enrique now has to face the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals.
At the press conference the Spaniard declared: “Since my arrival I have felt the support of the club and the players. We are in a process of improvement, this is only the beginning of the project. There’s a month to go and we can still win all the competitions. We must try to manage our emotions well, manage pressure well. We must not see pressure as a threat.”
On his team’s current form: “All teams have them, but my temperament is to always tell myself that my players are the best. We have some weaknesses, but we are working on them. It all depends on ball possession. Our goal will be to dominate the ball“.
PSG will once again line up with a very young team: “If we lose is it because we are young and if we win will it be luck? Age doesn’t matter. The youth is ready. I don’t like young people being criticized. The boys are super ready. I think about the maturity of the players and the way they train, whether they are 55 or 16.”
