His physical form is not at his best, which is why the decisive test will be carried out today to understand whether he will be among the squad called up or not. In any case, however, even in the event of a positive outcome he shouldn’t be among the starting eleven that will challenge Calzona’s boys.

If the players were to be unavailable for the away match, the coach would be forced to face a real emergency in midfield. The substitutes have already been “alerted”, but in any case it would be a crucial loss, especially due to the delicacy of the match that could be worth a place in the next Champions League.

The gap between the two teams is only two points: Atalanta 47 and Napoli 45. Nonetheless, the victory of one of the two teams could mean reopening the race for Europe or closing it definitively, thus complicating the path of the Italian Champions.
