In these days Santiago Bassowho defends the colors of the Bustocca team, is tackling the Volta ao Concelho de Loulé in Portugal, a stage race that takes place over three days, defending the colors of Team Polti Kometa Fundacion Contador.
The first stage saw the success of Enrique Maranchon, a Spanish talent from the Picusa Academy, who at the end of a test hit by rain and strong winds, broke away from everyone, arriving in perfect solitude ahead of his compatriot Pina and the Portuguese Moreira with Santiago Basso in fourth place .
Today they are scheduled two half-stagesan 11km time trial in the morning and a 76km fraction in the afternoon. Tomorrow the grand finale with the longest fraction of 118 km.
In the next few weeks the guys from Fundacion will fly to Italy to take part in some races wearing the Bustese Olonia jersey.
