An atrocious death for Nicolas Del Rior, the forty-year-old courier of a company in Piancastagnaio (Siena) killed for stealing from him the load of luxury bags which, from the leather goods factories that economically animate the area of Amiatawas being transported to Scandicci.
Nicolas had recently been hired. He lived in Abbadia San Salvatore. He leaves his wife and a small son. He was killed to steal his cargo. Then they burned the truck and then left with the bags, probably strangling the man first. And throwing him, wrapped in blankets and with his hands and feet tied, into the well.

On June 15th they were already arrested while they were trying to leave Italy Klodjan Gjoni33 year old Albanian, resident in Castel del Piano (Gr), and Ozkurt Bozkurt44 year old Turkish citizen, living in Arcidosso (Gr).
On June 20 he was arrested, while he too was organizing his escape, Kaja Emre28-year-old Turkish. All three are believed to be Del Rio’s robbers, kidnappers and murderers.
The house in which the body was found was available to Niko Gjonifather of Klodjan, accused of complicity in robbery, damage and kidnapping, the same crimes charged to Zindan Bozkurtfather of Ozkurt.
Klodjan Gjoni would have been the man let into the van by Del Rio and also what he would have done immediately after the phone call to the courier’s employer, impersonating himself for such a ‘Goni’. The 33-year-old Albanian was blocked while trying to catch a flight from Ciampino to return to Tirana.
The turning point in the mystery with the discovery of the body came just as the arrested person was being interrogated in prison of Regina Coeli of Rome by the public prosecutors Giovanni De Marco and Valeria Lazzarini.
The three foreigners allegedly attacked the van he was transporting about 400 bags of the brand Gucciwhich Del Rio had to deliver to a company in Scandicci (Florence) on behalf of the road haulage company New Futura of Piancastagnaio, which had hired him last May 1st.
The military had already been to the house in recent days where they had found some luxury bags which were part of the same lot removed from the van driven from Del Riofound the day after his disappearance destroyed by flames.
