Elon Musk has decided to drop his breach of contract claim against OpenAI, a move that comes just on the eve of a hearing that could have seen OpenAI ask to dismiss the case. The lawsuit, filed in California state court, was dismissed without prejudice, meaning Musk has the option to bring it back to court in the future.
