Against the natural personsincluding company representatives and staff, the pecuniary administrative sanction provided for by the decree varies from 5,000 to 75,000 euros.
Article 33 regulates theabuse and illicit communication of privileged information And market manipulation. Specifically, he is «punished with a pecuniary administrative sanction from €5,000 up to €5 million anyone who violates the prohibition on the abuse of inside information referred to in Article 89 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, on the illicit communication of inside information referred to in Article 90 or on market manipulation referred to in Article 91 of the aforementioned regulation ».
