Cold sac still in action between Friday and the weekend, more rain and temperatures below average expected « 3B Weather

Pulses of cold air which will begin to reach Italy on the day of Tuesday they will be different and all harbingers of a certain instability on the Peninsula. Mathematical models also see the possibility of them forming low pressure minima secondaries evolving over the Mediterranean and therefore one situation still far from recovering though it won’t rain everywhere at the same time. In the current state of our knowledge, also the period that will embrace the days of Friday and the weekend will be characterized by temporaldepending on one sagging which will extend its influence to the central and southern regions.

A fictitious minimum it should pass over the middle-lower Tyrrhenian Sea between Friday night and the early hours of the day. This would lead to widespread instability in the southern regions and at the beginning of the day also in part of the central ones. A greater anticyclonic breath should affect the North which is currently not included within the unstable band with therefore sunnier weather. Temperatures, although slightly increasing, should still be locally below average.

A new cold impulse associated with the Scandinavian saccharging could touch us during the weekend. Its evolution is not yet clear and falls more into what we can define as one trend. If the projections are confirmed a line of instability it could cross part of the Peninsula on Saturday and have some type of influence on Sunday too. Considered the trajectory of the currents the regions that could see showers and thunderstorms could be the central-southern ones but everything will have to be confirmed. Temperatures do not seem likely to undergo major variations, still remaining locally below average. Follow the next updates.
