The processing of personal data collected is carried out for the sole purposes connected to participation in the contest “RTL 102.5 GIVES YOU RICH AND POOR ‘ANTEPRIMA TOUR'”, with the notice that any request for cancellation during the execution of the contest will result in the exclusion of his name from the list of participants.

– Purposes deriving from the use of services connected to our community, as already described in the information released during registration;
– Purely organizational purposes of the contest;
– Any legal obligations.
– Purposes related to participation in the contest “RTL 102.5 GIVES YOU RICH AND POOR ‘ANTEPRIMA TOUR'”, with the notice that any request for cancellation during the execution of the contest will result in the exclusion of your name from the list of participants.
The data collected:
– They are processed by adequately trained and specifically authorized RTL 102,500 Hit Radio Srl personnel. The processing will be carried out both on paper and electronically;
– They will be transferred to “DME srl 2023 via Ravenna 9/B, 00161 ROME VAT number: 10230621004 and Fiscal Code: 10230621004”, for the sole purpose of carrying out the services connected to the contest.
