The official length of Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine has been revealed.

The amount of cameos we’re expecting to see (some confirmed, some rumored) has led to speculation that D&W could be close to 2.5 hours long (like many big movies coming out these days), but according to the listings movie theater officials, the Merc With a Mouth’s debut in the MCU will last 2 hours and 7 minutes. The first Deadpool movie was only 1 hour and 48 minutes long, while the sequel had a runtime of 2 hours.
Additionally, Marvel Studios has released a new trailer on National Best Friends Day, featuring never-before-seen images of Logan (Hugh Jackman) and Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) as well as Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin) and probably gods Lady Deadpool’s feet, a role whose interpreter is not yet known. The MPAA recently gave the film an official R rating for: “Strong violence and gore and language throughout the film, gore and sexual references”. In the synopsis official of the film reads: “Marvel Studios presents their most significant mistake to date – Deadpool & Wolverine. A listless Wade Wilson toils in civilian life. His days as the morally flexible mercenary Deadpool are behind him. When his home world is found faced with an existential threat, Wade must once again step into the shoes of an even more reluctant… reluctant? More reluctant? He has to convince a reluctant Wolverine to… Fuck! The synopses are so f*cking stupid“.
In addition to Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in the lead roles, Deadpool & Wolverine will see the return of Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Rob Delaney (Peter), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead) and Shioli Kutsuna (Yukio) in their respective characters. They will be joined by new entries in the franchise Emma Corrin (The Crown) and Matthew Macfadyen (Succession).
