We are talking about the black and white edition of Furiosa, which George Miller announced a few days ago and which he returned to talk about in recent hours with the Happy Sad Confused podcast: the author confirmed that he has already finished editing the black and white version of Furiosa: A Mad Max Sagawhich he plans to title Tinted Black & Chrome.
“We’ve already done it. It’s the last thing I did for this film, and I call it Tinted Black & Chrome. I have to say it’s really interesting. I’m still trying to demystify the reason why black and white, for me, has something more elemental. I still can’t fully understand it. It’s not because they look like old black and white films, it’s something else. If we took a photo of ourselves right now, if it were in black and white it would look a little more dramatic than a color photo.“
