The filming of “You are in the soul” embraced several emblematic locations, capturing the essence of Gianna Nannini’s life in evocative and meaningful scenarios. From Rome to the majestic Roman theater of Ostia anticafrom the picturesque streets of Tivoliup to the evocative settings of Piazza del Campo in Sienathe singer’s homeland, and Colle Val d’Elsa: each place has contributed to weaving the tale of its extraordinary history.
With regard to Sienamost of the filming took place at Belriguardo Charterhouse and in the central square of Torriin the municipality of Sovicille.
The people of Turin, however, will be able to recognise, among various scenes of the film, Cross, the industrial area of Moncalieri and the Leumann village of Collegno.
The choice of these locations not only added depth to the film’s visual narrative, but also provided an authentic and intimate look into the places that shaped the Tuscan artist’s life and career.

“Sei nell’anima”, the film based on the story of Gianna Nannini, was produced by Indiana Production e directed by Cinzia TH Torrini.
Protagonist is Joy Toni, in the role of the Italian female rock icon, accompanied by Selene Caramazza, Maurizio Lombardi and Stefano Rossi Giordani, with the participation of Andrea Delogu, who plays a young Mara Maionchi.
From May 2, release date of the filmit will be possible to explore the depths of the soul of this legend of Italian music: the appointment is on one of the most famous streaming platforms, Netflix.
