The Shareholders’ Meeting of Mediocredito del Trentino-Alto Adige today (June 27) renewed the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors for the next three years.
With the approval of the new shareholders’ agreement, the composition of the Board of Directors does not change, with eleven members, three indicated by the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, three by Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen, which also indicates the vice president, and five by the Autonomous Province of Trento, which expresses the president.
Renewed confidence in the presidency of Stephen Mengoni, the vice president has been newly appointed Georg Mutschlechner, currently president of Cassa Raiffeisen Val Badia.

On behalf of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano the confirmation of Paul Gasserformer president of the bank’s Executive Committee, the new appointments of Sieglinde Finkbusiness consultant, and Luca Migliuccilawyer from Bolzano.
Representing the Raiffeisen Central Bank we have three new appointments, including the vice president Georg Mutschlechner, Simon Ladurnerdirector of the Raiffeisen Central Bank, and Martina Krecheldirector of the Raiffeisen Schlern-Rosengarten Bank.
On the Autonomous Province of Trento side we have confirmation of the President Mengoni and advisors Christian Angels, Alessandro Lunelli ed Emiliano Trainotti. New designation of Maximum Piffervice president of Confcommercio Trentino.
In the Board of Statutory Auditors confirmed the president Patrick Bergmeister e Hildegard Oberleiter. New designation of the mayor Emiliano Dorighelliaccountant from Rovereto.
