MASSA. Now that the players’ ties with their respective clubs have reached their expiration date (June 30), Massese will also be able to formalize the first incoming market operations. In recent days, many names have been circulating that testify to something very close to a revolution compared to last season’s squad, given that several players have left the club, some even a bit surprisingly, and just as many will have to enter.
At the moment an operation already closed is that of the return of the offensive winger, Andrea Lorenzini, who will wear the black and white shirt again after having played for Fezzanese, Camaiore and, last season, Forza e Coraggio.
Also very close is the central defender born in 2000 Matteo Marinari, a player who boasts a long militancy in Serie D and last season at Ticino where however he was seen little due to a bad knee injury. It seems therefore that Marinari has chosen Massese to restart after this abrupt stop.
Practically done also for the midfielder born in 2001 Diego Bartolomei, brother of the more famous Paolo, well known to the Juventus fans. Still speaking of the midfield area, the general manager of the Bianconeri, Augusto Cantoni, is trying to bring under the Apuan Alps the born in 1997 Matteo Mapelli, who would arrive after the experience in Crema, just as the interest in the born in 1995 Ludovico Gargiulo remains alive (Certaldo and Prato are the teams in which Gargiulo played in the last championship of Serie D).
So many names are highlighted in the notebook of the Apuan management who, however, would have the intention of convincing the bomber Michael Buffa to stay even if it is very, very unlikely that the striker, who has many offers coming from the D series and even something from the C, will stay.
There is still a desire to build a valuable forward department, since Massese is reportedly negotiating with Zenith Prato striker Niccolò Chiaramonti (this is also no easy feat since, as far as we know, Chiaramonti should remain in Prato). Chiaramonti, however, is not the only profile that Massese is following.
In short, there is a lot of meat on the fire, it is a matter of understanding in the next few days who, realistically, could land in the black and white jersey. Faced with the choice of entrusting the technical guidance to Massimiliano Pisciotta, who last season led Castelnuovo. From Garfagnana, in addition to Bartolomei, the defenders Jacopo Bonaldi and Marco Romiti could arrive.
