New official step from Lazio for the presentation of the new Flaminio project: the date of the summit with the Mayor will be set on Monday
Lotito moved, they didn’t wait at the Capitol. The Municipality of Rome has already proposed to Lazio some slots to meet and present the project for the new Flaminio Stadium. Another official step yesterday: contact between Mayor Gualtieri’s staff and the Biancoceleste club to arrange a summit. On Monday Lotito will communicate the day of the summit to the Campidoglio. Optimism filters through the project, at least according to what the Honored Councilor recently declared: “A crazy project, very ambitious. It enhances Nervi’s architecture. We are optimistic that Lazio can create its own stadium.” It remains, however need to create a multifunctional facility. At least 50,000 places are neededthat is, double the current capacity, plus one stadium coverage. As well as Parking will also be discussed, perhaps in conjunction with the stalls of the Auditorium Parco della Musica which once belonged to the Flaminio. Several topics on the table, Lotito and the Municipality will have the opportunity to talk about them once the summit is set.
