The first decidedly hot period of summer is coming to an end Venetoinduced by a temporary promontory of North African origin; in fact, starting from Saturday evening, the transit of low pressure systems from the North Atlantic brings phases of cloudiness and at times showers with a relative drop in temperatures. This is indicated by the weather forecasts of Harp Veneto.
Afternoon/evening of Saturday 29th
Warm climate and partly to partly cloudy skies in the plains, partly cloudy to cloudy in the mountains; greater cloudiness towards the evening from the north-west, associated with an increase in the probability of showers and thunderstorms especially in the central-western mountain and piedmont areas where local intense phenomena are not excluded during the night hours; reinforcements of south-westerly wind at high altitude, especially in the last hours; locally moderate wind from the north-east in the plains in the evening.
Sunday 30
Cielo: In the mountain areas and part of the piedmont areas, variable weather, with alternating cloudiness and clear spaces; elsewhere clear or partly cloudy skies, except for some initial cloudiness in the north-east.
Rainfall: In the first few hours, scattered showers or thunderstorms are probable in mountainous areas and high plains; some phenomenon is also possible later, mostly in the Belluno area, which is generally less significant.
Temperature: Minimum temperatures stationary or slightly increasing in the east, slightly decreasing elsewhere; maximum temperatures moderately decreasing inland, stationary or slightly increasing in coastal areas.
Venti: In the south-westerly altitudes, in the first hours strong and then moderate; elsewhere generally weak apart from some phases of local moderate strengthening in the plains, with variable direction.
Mare: Mostly little movement.
Monday 1
Cielo: Fairly unstable weather, with more persistent cloud accumulations in the mountains and greater clearings in the plains.
Rainfall: Scattered phenomena with showers and thunderstorms, more present until the early afternoon in the central-northern areas and then in the plains.
Temperature: In slight decrease, except for local stationarity.
Venti: At altitude up to the central hours moderate to strong south-western, then moderate from the northern quadrants; in the valleys, weak with variable direction; in the plain at times locally moderated by the western quadrants, otherwise mostly weak with variable direction.
Mare: From slightly moving to almost calm.
Tuesday 2
Variable weather, with alternating clear skies and cloudiness; some scattered precipitation phases likely, mainly in the form of showers or thunderstorms, especially in the early hours on the lowlands, from the afternoon onwards on mountainous areas and the high plains; minimum temperatures slightly decreasing, maximum temperatures stationary or slightly increasing in the north-east and slightly decreasing elsewhere.
Wednesday 3
Mainly cloudy skies, with clear spaces more present in the flat areas from mid-day onwards and slightly more persistent clouds inland; some phases of scattered precipitation, including showers or thunderstorms, especially in inland areas; limited local variations regarding minimum temperatures, at most limited decreases in maximum temperatures.
