The summer window of negotiations for Italian teams will officially open on July 1st, but for weeks now all anyone has been talking about is the transfer market. Like all the other teams that will take part in the Serie A championship, the Gialloblù club also seems to be working to strengthen the squad to hand over to mister Fabio Pecchia in view of the upcoming season: between rumors and chatter of the moment that chase each other, the ParmaLive.com column will try to clarify the various situations that are constantly evolving role by role.

PS Our editorial team thought of asking the fans about which department of the ducal squad needs some adjustments with priority through the arrival of new grafts. By clicking HERE you can express your opinion by voting among the different options proposed in the SURVEY of ParmaLive.com.

GOALKEEPER CHAPTER
There have been several extreme defenders who have been linked to the Crusaders in recent weeks, synonymous with the fact that the club is looking around to support Leandro Chichizola a colleague of the calibre who can provide the coach and his teammates with the guarantees needed to play in the top national competition. The Argentine seems to be able to stay in yellow and blue to play his cards, or at most, take on the role of assistant and at the same time act as a “mother hen” for the many young players in the squad.

Speaking of youth, with the return of Philip Rinaldi from the loan to Olbia the number of goalkeepers competing for the third role would rise to three, also considering the presence of Edoardo Corvi e Martin Turk. It is therefore possible that two of these could start with the aim of finding that continuity of performance useful for their respective growth paths that they would not find here.

THE NAMES COMBINED

Emil Audero: Goalkeeper, Sampdoria (1997) – The goalkeeper returning from his experience with Inter had been approached by Parma in the wake of the hypothesis regarding a possible exchange with Gennaro Tutino, but given the redemption of the former Napoli player by Without Cosenza the deal will not be carried out in these terms. Despite this, the Gialloblù’s interest in the ’97 class seems to remain alive and is followed by various Serie A teams.

Alessio Cragno: Goalkeeper, Monza (1994) – Michele Di Gregorio’s imminent move to Juventus would not rule out the possible departure of the former Cagliari player in the summer transfer window. After the spell in Sassuolo, the class of ’94 returned to the Brianza base and now coach Alessandro Nesta will be called upon to make the necessary assessments in view of next season, but the red and white club is already testing several goalkeepers on the market. The eyes of Parma, Turin and Atalanta remain vigilant on Cragno.

Dominik Kotarski: Goalkeeper, PAOK Thessaloniki (2000) – Genoa is now the main competitor of the yellow and blues to get the former Ajax player who has shown himself during the season just ended. The Greeks’ demands to let the Croatian leave remain very high: the black and white club, in fact, has an estimate of around 10 million euros (including bonuses) for 2000 in the circle of their national team and the Ligurians are trying to negotiate the figure in order to secure the boy’s services.

Marco Silvestri: Goalkeeper, Udinese (1991) – After losing his starting place in the Juventus eleven, the former Cagliari and Hellas Verona player (returning from a muscle injury) ended up in the sights of the gialloblù. Despite some recent news reporting that the Friulian goalkeeper would prefer to continue his rehabilitation process in Udine in order to become eligible again, the path that would lead to the expert born in ’91 has not yet completely disappeared. In fact, there are recent rumors that he would be leaving during this summer and Udinese would be taking precautions by looking around in order to find a new deputy for Okoye.
