They were saved thanks to the intervention of the OIPA zoo guards, the two dogs kept in unacceptable conditions inside a house located near the Pavia area. The two dogs, a female and a male Belgian Shepherd Malinoisthey were forced to live in a nightmare scenario.

The female, in fact, was tied to the parapet of a balcony with a leash of just over a meter, skin and bones and in a state of severe stress. The male instead was found locked inside a small cage in the corner of the garage, malnourished, with another cage used for the female next to it.

L’excessive thinness of dogs and abrasions on the body have pushed the animal protection officers to request the intervention of theVeterinary medicine which then confirmed the serious health conditions. Currently the dogs are in a partner facility and can be taken into temporary care. At the end of the judicial process, and after a rehabilitation process, can be definitively adopted.
